An Ongoing Partnership, Not a One-Time Project

What started as a small site refresh of adding pages, updating content, and cleaning up navigation, has grown into a long-term design partnership. Over the years, we’ve worked together across multiple VIP Days to keep her site aligned with where her business is headed. Every time a new book launches, a new offer gets added, or her positioning shifts, we show up and make it happen.

The most recent engagement was a 3-day intensive that functioned more like a full website overhaul — updating her service offerings to feel more streamlined and strategic, adding a book tour page for her newest release Table for 51, refreshing the overall flow and organization of the site, and integrating new photography throughout.

The Goal: Designing a Speaker Website That Does It All

Shari’s business had grown and diversified, but her website hadn’t kept up. She needed the site to:

• Clearly lead with her speaking work and position her as the go-to keynote for organizations that want real change, not just inspiration.
• Simplify how her coaching, retreat, and Flip the Box® Collective offerings were presented so visitors could quickly understand what she offers and how to work with her.
• Incorporate new brand photography and updated content for events, and new media appearances to reflect where she is now.
• Add infrastructure for new pages like, Advisory Board, her upcoming book and her book tour for Table for 51, without cluttering the rest of the experience.

From Site Cleanup to Website Repositioning

Because this was an evolving site rather than a ground-up build, the challenge was strategic as much as design, figuring out what to keep, what to elevate, and what to reorganize. We focused on cleaning up the navigation, creating a clearer hierarchy across her service pages, and making sure the right things were getting seen first.

The technical side of this partnership has been just as hands-on: SMTP configuration, SPF records, domain redirects for her portfolio of Flip the Box® domains to keep everything running cleanly behind the scenes.

The Outcome: A Speaking-First Website That Reflects Her Full Brand

Shari’s site now reflects the full scope of her work without feeling overwhelming. Her speaking page leads with confidence, her coaching and retreat offerings are easy to explore, and her newest book has its own space on the site. It’s a digital presence that’s grown with her… one we’ll keep updating as she continues to add to what she’s building.
